12kg milestones reached

1/10/2009 – 12+12 jerks – 10:00. 100. My rack isn’t pretty, but developing a pretty rack takes a long time under the bells.

1/11/2009 – 12 snatches – R 5:00 100 L 5:00 100. That wasn’t too difficult.

Now to the 16kgs.
