    Looks like you are finding ways around the injury…good for you! How do you like the seated presses?

    Eric, I like the seated presses. However, unlike jerks, which I could do every day, I don’t think I will be doing seated presses daily. Jerks don’t seem to fatigue the shoulders like seated presses do. I will have to be careful.
