A1 – Squat thrusts – 1:00, :45, :30, :15

A2 – Body rows – 1:00, :45, :30, :15

A3 – BW squats – 1:00, :45, :30, :15

A4 – Pushups – 1:00, :45, :30, :15.

Performed in a hotel room in Dallas, TX. 10:00 of total work, and I am beat.
